IAPH会長と事務総長がPIANC総会で講演

IAPH会長と事務総長がPIANC総会で講演 Gichiri Ndua会長と成瀬事務総長が5月10－14日に英国のリバプールで開催された第32回PIANC（国際航路協会）総会及び125周年記念事業に招待され、Nuda会長は開会式で、成瀬事務総長は年次会議で、世界各地からの600名の聴衆を前に講演を行いました。講演内容は、以下でご覧下さい。
